So normal problem getting through on phone! I have been on hold for 40 minutes trying ti return a call from the surgery. When it was finally answered the phone got put down!! This really is completely unacceptable. 2018 and you need to have to keep going there because its impossible to get through in the phone. I see it all the time at the reception, phone just bei g left to ring. This is one of the the biggest complaints with this surgery. Disgraceful!

Occasionally it is difficult to get an appointment for minor ailments however, for serious matters I have always been able to get same day treatment.

You can normally get an emergency appointment the same day , if required you can see a female G P for female problems . Reception staff are always polite and helpful ,the nursing staff are friendly and professional .

called surgery in the morning to make appointment for the same day as my heart had been feeling funny and irregular. I was told to go to A and E. when i asked could i please see a GP , the receptionist on the phone said bluntly NO GOBSMACKED I PUT DOWN THE PHONE. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE AND I WILL MENTION IT TO THE GP PERSONNALY AS WELL, IF I GET THE CHANCE TO SEE THEM!!! This was wednesday morning august 22 9.15 am
